Hi, I’m Mariana
I have worked closely with entrepreneurs since 2018 across several cities, during periods of constant change and growth. Over the past two years, my work shifted from external support to building operations from the inside. I have help set up core internal systems within a larger startup, covering everything needed to run day-to-day field operations work without over-engineering. Today, I apply that experience in two operations-focused businesses I am building myself, while supporting founders who want their companies to move faster with fewer moving parts. I focus on execution clarity, ownership, and systems that hold up as the business grows.
How I work
Clarity
1.1. Discovery: You fill out a signal questionnaire. Then we meet for a 30-minute deep dive to map your specific bottlenecks.
1.2. Scope: Within 48 hours, you receive a project plan free of charge with a detailed overview of scope, deliverables, metrics, timeline, pricing, and next steps. Everything is scoped in advance, which means work can start immediately.
1.3. Flexibility: If your priorities shift mid-stream (as they do in growth), we realign fast. If you need more hands-on help later, we can plug in a retainer. If not, the focus is always on the immediate objective.
Execution
2.1. Direct access: We create an environment for direct, low-noise, and fast collaboration. You deal with me, and only me. I’m the single point of accountability for the entire project.
2.2. No guessing: You’ll have a project dashboard that mirrors exactly where we stand at all times. You’ll know who owns what and what’s coming next without having to ask for an update.
2.3. Rollout: I work alongside you or your team to stress-test the solution in the wild. The goal is to ensure everything works well before the handoff.
Impact
3.1. Metrics: Once implemented, we don't assume a system, tool, or process is working. Especially if user-facing or complex. We monitor performance signals through pre-established success metrics to ensure the system is running as it should.
3.2. Ownership: I leave you with a system/process/tool that is a transferable asset. My success is also defined by how little you need me once we’re done.
My approach
How I design scalable pipelines for small teams
When approaching a new project, my starting point is simple: how can I move this team closer to business goals? For lead pipelines, the answer usually can be found in at least one, but generally all of these: input (the way we collect and manage pipeline data), output (how do we engage with that data), execution (who does what, when and how, and what can be automated), and metrics (how we measure success). Once I find the best way forward, I implement it and train the team to adopt the system and to understand how to maximize its value. My goal is to end up with a pipeline that the team uses consistently to actually grow.
